Kyle Bigley, a Litigation Fellow at Katz Banks Kumin, joined the firm in September 2022.
Mr. Bigley received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2022. During law school, Mr. Bigley worked at several labor unions, including SEIU, SEIU 32BJ, and SEIU 1199NE, and a union-side labor law firm, Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP. He also spent a summer working at the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law. While in law school, Mr. Bigley was a student member of the Global Health Justice Practicum and an executive policy editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. He has a Note on labor law and the care economy forthcoming from the Yale Law Journal.
Mr. Bigley received a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics and History from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
