On October 6, 2015, Katz Banks Kumin partner Debra Katz joined other panelists for a presentation at the D.C. Bar Association entitled “Dealing with Annoying and Sometimes Abusive Discovery Tactics.” The presentation dealt with topics such as discovery abuse during depositions, document requests and interrogatories, and electronic discovery, with Ms. Katz presenting the plaintiff’s perspective on how best to respond to and counter such abuses.
