Katz Banks Kumin partner Alexis Ronickher delivered a keynote speech at the MWELA annual conference luncheon. She spoke about her work on behalf of clients who faced sexual harassment and how the #MeToo movement has changed the landscape.

MWELA (Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association) has over 300 member lawyers who regularly advice and represent employees in employment and civil rights matters. The annual conference consists of panels, which discuss the important issues of the past year and advise on how to handle complex employment law issues.
