Katz Banks Kumin partner Alexis Ronickher spoke on a Colorado Bar Association panel, “From Bystander to Upstander: How to Respond to Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession.”

Women working in law face the same problems of sexual harassment and discrimination experienced by women across all other industries. In the past few years, women from some of the largest law firms in the country have filed lawsuits alleging toxic cultures, pay discrimination, and more.

At this panel, Ms. Ronickher provided a primer on legal standards of unlawful harassment in the workplace and offered advice for reporting harassment of others to help make the workplace safer.
