Katz Banks Kumin partner Debra Katz spoke at the Employment Law Institute 2017, a program taught through the Practicing Law Institute, a non-profit continuing legal education organization.

The program focused on new developments in employment law under the new presidential administration. The event included review of case law, and analysis of practices used to navigate the changing landscape.

The program spanned two days and took place in New York, New Brunswick, NJ, Indianapolis, Atlanta, and could be accessed online.

Ms. Katz was joined by lawyers and business leaders from many different practices and sectors.
