KBK partner Debra Katz will be participating in a panel entitled “Congressional Investigations, Parallel Proceedings, Contempt, etc.” at the 2023 White Collar Seminar & Fall Board Meeting in Washington, D.C. on October 19.

Held at the Capital Hilton Hotel, Bob Woodward from the Washington Post will deliver the keynote speech during the opening day luncheon. On Friday, October 20, Rep. Jamie Raskin from the United States House of Representatives will lead the keynote address at 1:30 p.m.

The annual seminar brings together the white-collar defense bar with the goal of learning from each other and discussing regulations, discovery rules, sentencing guidelines and more. CLE and Ethics credits are available to attendees.
