Katz Banks Kumin senior counsel Carolyn Wheeler spoke at an ALI-CLE course, “Changing Employment Law Currents: Examining This Administration’s Impacts.”

Ms. Wheeler presented on trends in employment law from the past year or two, and their effects on employers and workers. She also examined where employers must adapt under the new administration to comply with the law. Issues discussed included sexual harassment, equal pay, joint employer and contractor guidance, and more.

Ms. Wheeler was joined by Scott A. Roberts of Hirsh Roberts Weinstein LLP.
