Kayla Morin Reacts to Revised D.C. Government Sexual Harassment Policy

In a new “Taking a Stand” piece for Washington Lawyer, the D.C. Bar’s magazine, KBK Associate Kayla Morin evaluates the changes made last October to the D.C. Government’s sexual harassment policy. Ms. Morin writes that while these changes are a step in the right direction, “commentators will be watching to see whether the D.C. Government follows through with the promises it made on paper.”

The D.C. Government revised its sexual harassment policy in the wake of two women coming forward to report sexual harassment by former-D.C. Deputy Mayor John Falcicchio. KBK Partner Debra Katz and Ms. Morin represented these brave employees whose sexual harassment allegations were ultimately substantiated by city officials.
