KBK Celebrates New Commanders Ownership at Season Opener
On September 10, KBK joined several former employees of the Washington Commanders at FedEx Field to watch the team’s first game of the season and celebrate the end of Dan Snyder’s ownership.
At the sold-out game that saw the Commanders winning 20-16 over the Arizona Cardinals, several former employees commented that it was the first time they had been able to truly enjoy football since enduring the toxic work environment that had been fostered at the organization under Snyder’s ownership. Lisa Banks, the lead attorney representing the former employees since the case began, said it was the courage of all her clients that made such a moment possible.
“This is one of my most meaningful representations,” Ms. Banks said. “And I feel like we have a lot to celebrate.”
