Katz Banks Kumin partner Lisa Banks spoke at a DC Bar presentation titled, “ADA Employment Law and Litigation for Beginners.” The panel addressed the history and interpretation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the 2008 amendments to the statute, and recent case law developments.  Ms. Banks was joined on the panel by Daniel B. Kohrman of AARP Foundation Litigation and Jonathan R. Mook of DiMuro Ginsberg, PC.
