On August 23, 2023, KBK partner Carolyn Wheeler will be participating in a D.C. Bar webinar entitled “Understanding the Americans with Disabilities Act: ADA Employment Law and Litigation for Beginners.”

The webinar will teach attorneys how to navigate the complex framework of the Americans with Disabilities Act and properly advise both employers and employees. Attendees will learn about litigating and defending ADA cases, including remedies and tactics for proving a case.
