Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen’s public testimony against her former employer and her disclosure of company documents raised questions about the legal actions that Facebook might take against her.  As Mr. Stiff points out, whistleblowers often face retaliation from their employers, and it’s crucial that employees know their rights prior to reporting wrongdoing.
