The Trump administration has had a negative impact on labor rights and worker protections. The administration has cut back on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) enforcement, even during the COVID pandemic; issued Executive Orders that prohibit federal contractors from implementing diversity training; and erected barriers to receiving unemployment benefits.

Mr. Filoromo and Ms. Westerman detail the extent of the damage and what President-Elect Biden can do to repair it, with or without congressional action.
