On October 11, KBK senior associate Matt LaGarde will be participating in a Richmond Bar Association panel entitled “Virginia Employment Law Updates.”

The panelists will discuss how employers and employees are reacting to recent changes in Virginia employment laws – including the Virginia Whistleblower Law, the Virginia Values Act, and new state marijuana laws – and how these statutes have been interpreted by the courts thus far.

Registrants will receive two credit hours for attending the CLE. Attendees can also join the program virtually.
