The Wall Street Journal CFO Network Discusses Corporate Leadership in the #MeToo Era

Katz Banks Kumin partner Debra Katz addressed the Wall Street Journal CFO Network meeting in Washington, D.C. The annual event showcased business leaders, politicians, and activists who discussed decision-making and leadership in the “C-suite.”
This year, Ms. Katz spoke as part of the panel, “When #MeToo Hits Home.” The speakers addressed common mistakes that companies make when dealing with sexual harassment allegations, issues of pay inequity, and other gender issues.
Ms. Katz was joined by Elaine Herskowitz, a principal at EEO Training & Consulting Services, and Laurie Ruettimann, the founder of GlitchPath. The panel was moderated by Janet Adamy, a News Editor at The Wall Street Journal.
