On March 17, 2016, Katz Banks Kumin partner Debra S. Katz and Of Counsel Carolyn Wheeler participated on panels at the Advanced Employment Law and Litigation 2016 continuing legal education seminar, hosted by the American Legal Institute.
Ms. Katz, who is a co-chair of the Program, presented on “Retaliation: the Most Ubiquitous Discrimination Cause of Action” and “Whistleblowing Litigation.” Ms. Wheeler presented on “Developments in Discrimination Litigation: Harassment, Race, Gender, Age, Pregnancy, and National Origin,” and was joined by co-panelist Fred W. Alvarez of Jones Day.
