Katz Banks Kumin partners Debra S. Katz and David J. Marshall delivered presentations at a meeting of the Financial Research Associates General Counsels’ Forum entitled “Internal Investigations & Compliance: Reducing Your Risk Exposure via Proactive Internal Controls,” held on November 9-10, 2015, at the Princeton Club in New York. Ms. Katz and Mr. Marshall also presented during a post-conference workshop entitled “Preparing Your Organization for Whistleblower Litigation: Remediating Within to Prevent Future Misconduct and Retaliation,” which focused on whistleblower preparedness tactics within organizations.
