Debra Katz to Speak on Panel at PLI's Employment Law Institute 2016

On October 27, 2016, Katz Banks Kumin partner Debra Katz will participate in a panel for Practising Law Institute's (PLI) Employment Law Institute 2016. The panel, entitled, "Employment Law Year in Review," will focus on developments in employment law, including the latest Supreme Court decisions, an analysis of federal and state court trends, litigation and statutory developments, guidance on arbitration of statutory claims and class action waivers.
