Katz Banks Kumin partner David J. Marshall gave a presentation at the National Employment Lawyers Association 2007 Spring seminar on March 16, 2007, for a course entitled "Representing Workers in Whistleblower & Retaliation Actions." Mr. Marshall's discussion focused on ethics issues that commonly arise in the representation of whistleblowers.
