Katz Banks Kumin partner Lisa J. Banks served as a faculty member for the National Employment Lawyers Association's Winter Conference on March 10, 2006. Ms. Banks published a continuing legal education white paper for the conference entitled “Keeping the Employee Working: Reasonable Accommodations and Leave Requirements.” The paper gives an overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the overlap of the two acts.
