Katz gave a presentation at the National Employment Lawyers Association Seventh Annual Convention on June 23, 2006, for a course entitled "Bridging the Divide: Strategies for Fairness in the Workplace." Ms. Katz's presentation was entitled "Sarbanes-Oxley: Developments and Update on Recent Court Decisions."
